Larger change projects e.g. ERP-projects constitute a major change process within the company which puts great demands on the
organization. To ensure success, experienced project management is key. The ability to guide the organization, control external
consultants and the ability to capture valid business processes in the correct way. This competence profile is not often available
within the organization and is often needed for these specific projects only.
Ledera has several years experience in large, complex
and international projects (e.g. within Microsoft Dynamics AX) and thus the competence needed to manage projects and control consultant
efforts with the customer´s interest at hand. The method is based on a structured approach with focus on leadership, realization and results.
Quality assurance
In larger change projects there is often need for an independent resource who supplies quality assurance to secures that the
project is run in a professional manner, within given parameters and towards set goals. Ledera can offer the project sponsor,
project owner or management team independent quality assurance and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle.
